Fabric selection is our top priority. We test numerous textiles for breathability, stretch, durability and color retention. Only fabrics passing all wear and wash tests can be used for production, ensuring long-term comfort for daily wear.
Next, pattern makers turn 2D sketches into wearable prototypes.
We cut trial samples and repeatedly adjust the waist, hip and thigh proportions. Countless revisions are made to perfect the fit for different body shapes. We refine small details like pocket layout, seams and hardware, adding reinforcement at high-stress zones for better durability.
Once prototypes are finished, we launch real-life wear tests.
Testers wear samples in commutes, office hours and weekend activities to give honest feedback. We optimize patterns and construction based on their experience, remaking samples until we hit our standard.Before mass production, pre-production samples go through strict QC inspections. Our quality team keeps monitoring every batch to check stitching, sizing and fabric defects.
